Baker/Cook (26-27)

Coordinate the preparation of food. Ensure the use of safe food handling procedures. Prepare, set up, and serve food. Balance and close cash drawers or registers. Clean the Central Kitchen and delivery equipment. Operate cleaning equipment to perform job duties. Participates in appropriate in-service training. The successful candidate will be required to lift, pull, and push at least 5 lbs. Reach above the head, carry objects, and maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing, or crouching. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of related experience.
