Job Summary Legacy Academy is seeking a Lead 1st–2nd Grade Teacher to guide a mixed-age elementary classroom in a Christ-centered learning community. We’re looking for an exceptional educator with strong classroom teaching experience, literacy and math instruction expertise, differentiated teaching strategies, and confident classroom leadership. As the lead teacher, you’ll design engaging learning experiences, assess student growth, build meaningful relationships with students and families, and cultivate a joyful classroom where children thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
