Call Center Agent

LBC Mortgage Remote Full-Time LBC Mortgage is a well-established financial services company with over 20 years of industry experience. As we continue to grow our Insurance Department, we are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, have call center experience, and are fluent in both Russian and English, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist clients with insurance-related questions and requests
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text
• Follow up with clients regarding documentation and policy updates
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information in company systems
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Experience with CRM systems
• Sales or client retention experience is an advantage
