Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Complete work orders. Inspect properties and identify maintenance issues. Assist with unit turns, renovations, and preventive maintenance. Experience in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor, climb ladders, operate power tools, and work in varying weather conditions.
