HVAC Maintenance Technician

This position requires HVAC knowledge and general building and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and repairing building HVAC equipment
• Following all applicable HVAC codes and safety requirements
• Removing old HVAC equipment and assisting with new system installation
• Installing pipe and ductwork as needed
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics
• Understanding refrigeration cycles
• Interpreting technical data, including pressure and temperature charts
• Performing routine maintenance around the property
• Troubleshooting basic electrical issues
• Repairing broken or leaking plumbing
• Performing basic carpentry and general building repairs

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Good driving record and ability to be added to the company’s auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more
