Primary Duties

  • Support company-wide reporting efforts, including monthly management packages, cross-departmental dashboards, and executive KPI trackers.
  • Monitor and analyze service revenues, billable utilization, job profitability, and cost of service delivered.
  • Track manufacturing performance, analyzing variances in cost of goods sold (COGS), labor, and overhead.
  • Partner with service managers and operational teams to evaluate project margins, contract performance, and operational trends.
  • Assist with corporate financial requests, cash flow updates, and working capital analysis.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial reporting, data gathering, and analysis to support key strategic initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • Exposure to financial reporting, variance analysis, and operational performance metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, summary formulas).
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or BI reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to support multiple teams simultaneously.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.

What We Offer

  • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
  • 3 weeks PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 2 floating holidays
