About the Role

Join our dynamic retail team and become the face of our in-store sales. You’ll learn face-to-face direct sales, delivering exceptional customer service across our 62 clients - ranging from telecommunications and charities to sporting campaigns. With structured morning and evening training, you'll boost your confidence and selling skills daily.

What You'll Do

•⁠ ⁠Engage customers one-on-one: Greet shoppers, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions

•⁠ ⁠Direct sales & upselling: Introduce and close sales effectively using proven strategies

•⁠ ⁠Client management: Represent telecommunications, charity, and sports campaigns with professionalism

•⁠ ⁠Customer service: Handle inquiries, returns, and follow-up with friendly and efficient support

•⁠ ⁠Training participation: Attend morning and evening sessions to continuously refine your skills

•⁠ ⁠Team collaboration: Share insights, support colleagues, and help us hit weekly targets

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠High school diploma or equivalent

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Customer-first attitude with a friendly, positive presence

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable standing and actively engaging with customers

•⁠ ⁠Eager to learn and quick to apply coaching

•⁠ ⁠Previous retail or direct sales experience is a plus - but your enthusiasm matters most
