Senior Oracle EPM Analyst

Senior Oracle EPM Analyst LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire a Senior Oracle EPM Analyst in Chicago, IL for a direct hire opportunity. This Senior Oracle EPM Analyst will sit within Finance and will own the EPM roadmap while driving automation initiatives across the organization, including AI enablement. You’ll partner closely with FP&A and finance stakeholders, combining hands-on EPM administration with a forward-looking approach to process improvement. Responsibilities - Own and administer Oracle EPM applications, including PBCS and PCM, serving as the hands-on application owner - Drive the EPM roadmap and deliver automation initiatives (including AI enablement) that improve finance planning and reporting processes - Partner with Corporate FP&A and business unit FP&A stakeholders to support planning needs and ongoing enhancements - Lead and support EPM process improvements by identifying opportunities, analyzing requirements and executing platform enhancements - Support and expand the EPM toolset, including FCCS and ARCS, and participate in implementation work (including TRCS) Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on EPM administration / application ownership experience (3+ years minimum considered) - Deep proficiency with Oracle EPM tools including PBCS and PCM - Experience with FCCS and ARCS (and comfort supporting additional EPM modules as needed) - Demonstrated experience working on implementations and clearly explaining your personal role in administering the platforms - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to partner directly with FP&A and finance leaders - Finance operations understanding (ideal background includes Accounting/Finance experience combined with EPM ownership) Key Details - Employment Type: Direct Hire - Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 base salary - Benefits (Direct Hire): Medical Insurance; Dental Insurance; Vision Insurance - Bonus Eligibility: Eligible to earn discretionary bonus. - Location: Chicago, IL - Work Model: Hybrid Ready to take the next step in your career?
