Financial Operations Analyst

LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire a Financial Operations Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia for a hybrid work environment. This Financial Operations Analyst role is a Direct Hire opportunity focused on supporting FP&A and financial analysis for an operational/manufacturing environment, with exposure to the chemical side of the business. Our client is moving quickly due to two recent resignations, making this a great time for a Financial Operations Analyst who is early in their career to step into a visible role, sharpen reporting skills, and support a team that is eager to see multiple strong candidates. Responsibilities - Support FP&A and financial analysis efforts focused on operations (non-commercial), including support for the chemical side of the business - Produce and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting to support business needs and decision-making - Partner with stakeholders across operations/manufacturing to provide financial support and insights Qualifications - 1-2 years of professional experience in a corporate environment - Preferred experience in FP&A and/or financial analysis - Strong reporting experience - Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, or commercial finance is a plus - CPG experience and/or exposure to a manufacturing/operational environment is a strong plus Key Details - Employment Type: Direct Hire - Compensation: $85,000-95,000 - Benefits (Direct Hire): Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance - Location: Atlanta, Georgia - Work Model: Hybrid Ready to take the next step in your career?
