Associate Technical Recruiter

Our client is hiring for a Associate Technical Recruiter with a growing organization in the commerce and technology space. This is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys high-volume hiring, sourcing, candidate screening, and working across a variety of corporate and technical positions. The Associate Technical Recruiter will join a busy Talent Acquisition team during a significant hiring surge. This role will support recruiting efforts across Chicago, New York, and San Francisco, with a particular focus on technical positions. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and experienced with reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate screens. Responsibilities - Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter - Review and evaluate a high volume of applications and resumes - Conduct initial candidate screens using a standardized first-round screening process - Coordinate and schedule interviews throughout the recruiting process - Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up - Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on open requisitions across multiple departments - Provide light communication and coordination with hiring stakeholders during the early interview stages - Support recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions - Help manage a large applicant pipeline and prioritize candidates based on hiring needs Qualifications - 1–3 years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience - Experience recruiting specialized technical roles including AI Software Engineer, Systems and Performance Engineer, Full Stack Developer - Sourcing experience required - Strong ability to manage a high volume of candidates and open positions - Excellent organization and attention to detail - Strong communication and follow-through skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred - Experience recruiting for technical positions is a plus Key Details - Employment Type: Temporary Contract - minimum 3 months, with potential for longer-term extension - Compensation: $40-42/hr based on experience - Location: Chicago, IL - Hybrid - Benefits: Our consultants are eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision benefits Ready to take the next step in your recruiting career?
