Analytics Associate – Client Performance

Analytics Associate - Client Performance A leading global investment management organization is seeking a Performance & Attribution Analyst to support portfolio reporting, investment analytics, and client-service-related performance measurement activities. This role will work closely with investment professionals, strategy teams, and client-facing stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely performance analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate brings direct experience within asset management and can contribute immediately within a fast-paced performance reporting environment. Responsibilities - Produce portfolio performance and attribution reporting - Analyze and validate investment performance data - Support strategy, client, and business development requests - Investigate and resolve reporting exceptions - Collaborate with portfolio management, operations, and client teams - Maintain data accuracy across reporting systems and tools - Support ad hoc investment analytics requests - Participate in process improvement initiatives Required Qualifications - 2+ years of performance measurement or attribution experience - Asset management or institutional investment industry experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience supporting investment reporting activities - Advanced Excel skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications - SQL - Tableau - Power BI - State Street platforms - Bloomberg - FactSet - Portfolio accounting systems - RFP support experience - Investment operations exposure Compensation Target Contractor Rate: $60 per hour Contract duration expected to be a minimum of 6 months with potential extension and/or conversion depending on business needs and approvals.
