Lancium is a Texas-based energy technology and infrastructure company focused on developing and operating gigawatt-scale AI data center campuses. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, we integrate grid interconnections, behind-the-meter generation, and energy storage to deliver the reliable, large-scale power infrastructure required to support advanced AI workloads. As of August 2026, Lancium has approximately 4 GW of capacity under lease and a development pipeline exceeding 15 GW of powered land, positioning us as one of the largest power-secured AI infrastructure platforms in North America.
In August 2026, Lancium announced a $3 billion strategic investment and partnership with NVIDIA. Lancium is also backed by Blackstone Energy Transition Partners, Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing, and Shell, reflecting strong institutional support for our vision of becoming a leading provider of AI infrastructure at scale.
The rapid growth of artificial intelligence and the enormous energy demand it creates are defining forces of our time. Meeting that demand with reliable power, while integrating clean energy resources wherever possible, is central to this transformation. Lancium is at the epicenter, uniquely positioned to enable the next generation of AI infrastructure and the opportunities it will unlock.
