• Ph.D. in Sociology or closely related field.
• Experience teaching both in-person and online courses.
• Familiarity with contemporary community-based research, applied sociology practices, and experiential learning models.
• Experience using learning management systems such as Blackboard or Canvas.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive pedagogy.
