Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) - a premier enterprise owned by the Pueblo of Laguna encompassing gaming, hospitality, retail, and entertainment - is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive our candidate pipeline. In this dynamic role, you will partner closely with corporate leaders and hiring managers to creatively source, engage, and place top-tier talent across all LDC sites and subsidiaries. Utilizing cutting-edge sourcing technology, social media, and strategic networking, you will build robust talent pipelines for entry-level through professional roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience grounded in LDC’s core values and culture of service. To excel in this role, you bring at least three years of dedicated full-lifecycle recruitment experience, deep expertise in web-based sourcing tools, and a track record of building lasting professional relationships. Candidates with prior corporate or casino recruitment experience, ADP proficiency, and HR certifications (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) are highly desirable. Travel between sites within and outside New Mexico, flexible availability, and the ability to obtain a Pueblo of Laguna gaming license are required.
