Original job description
Overview
We're hiring CNC Machinists for our precision machining facility in the Tulsa metro. We build advanced custom equipment for the construction and utilities industries in a climate-controlled, high-mix, low-volume shop. Our floor has a wide variety of CNC equipment, from traditional 2-axis and 3-axis Haas and Doosan mills and lathes to advanced multi-axis machining centers, large-format horizontal mills, 5-axis gantry mills, and vertical turning lathes (VTLs). Whether you're comfortable with proven setups on conventional CNC machines or have years of experience with complex, large-format machining, we'll match you with equipment that fits your capabilities and help you grow from there. Why Join Us
- Real Training: Work with everything from conventional CNC mills and lathes to advanced 5-axis machines and large-format machining centers.
- Grow Your Skills: Cross-train on new equipment, develop more advanced setup skills, and take on increasingly complex work.
- Rapid Raises: Profit sharing, ongoing training, and rapid raises as your capabilities expand.
Compensation
- $27.50 - $33.75 (total)
- $24 - $29 / hr (base)

- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- Profit sharing + rapid raises
Hiring on 2nd and Weekend Shift

- Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (3 x 12s)
Responsibilities
- Setups: Load fixtures and tooling, then select the correct machining program.
- Offsets: Set work coordinates and tool offsets for each new job.
- First Articles: Size in first parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators.
- Blueprints: Read complex drawings, symbols, and GD&T tolerances.
- Production: Meet assigned run times while holding strict specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve programming and operational issues at your machine in real time.
