Warehouse Worker

L&R is the largest distributor and the 6th largest purchaser of cosmetics in the United States. We now distribute over 40,000 items (cosmetics, toys, school supplies, hosiery, hair accessories, OTC, HBA and more) through 3 regional warehouse locations in Arkansas, New Jersey and California.

Job Summary LOADER:

Responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and organizing merchandise within the warehouse while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. Ensures products are handled properly and placed in designated locations to support daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Load and unload merchandise from trailers, trucks, and warehouse staging areas.
• Move products, pallets, and materials to designated warehouse locations.
• Ensure merchandise is properly sorted, organized, and stored.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other authorized material-handling equipment.
• Verify product quantities and inspect merchandise for damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

• Willingness to learn computerized scanning device

Physical Demands This position requires standing 100% of the day, lifting (up to 25 pounds) for 40% of the day and stooping for 20% of the day. #LRW
