You will handle project administration, keep recruitment and quota tracking accurate, work with the recruiting and onsite teams, and act as the main point of contact when your PM is out of the office. Project and account support needs shift with the volume, scope, and complexity of incoming work, so no two weeks look exactly alike. There is room to grow here. Project Associates with 3+ years at L&E, a sustained record of high performance, and the ability to support projects at any stage from bid to bill can earn the Senior Project Associate designation, which adds training and mentoring newer team members.
