Garbage Collector/CDL Driver

Kurtz Sanitation is looking to hire a full-time Garbage Collector/CDL Driver. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collect and dump trash and recyclable materials. - Operate and maintain collection vehicles. - Transport waste to designated disposal. - Operate equipment that compresses collected trash. - Clean trucks and compactor bodies. - Communicate with customers politely and professionally. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to work early mornings. - CDL is required. - Valid driver?s license. - Must be dependable and show up on time. - Mechanical knowledge is helpful. - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions. HOURS: - This position starts at 4:30 am and will work until the shift ends, usually around 12:30 pm. - Full-time position - Monday -Friday - 40-50 hours per week WAGE: Wage will be discussed at the interview.
