Verify that measuring and test equipment is suitable, calibrated, and used in accordance with approved procedures.
Prepare inspection requests, test records, quality reports, punch lists, and system turnover packages; maintain accurate and organized quality records.
Identify nonconforming work, issue and track nonconformance reports, support root-cause analysis, and verify corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate inspections and quality matters with clients, consultants, authorities having jurisdiction, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor field activities for compliance with approved drawings and procedures and communicate quality risks promptly to project leadership.
Support internal and external audits and assist with quality performance metrics, trend analysis, lessons learned, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Participate in preconstruction, coordination, progress, quality, testing, and turnover meetings as required.
Promote a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and right-first-time execution.

Knowledge of International Society of Automation (ISA) standards and practices applicable to instrumentation, control systems, panel design, installation, testing, and functional verification.
Experience working with multidisciplinary, supplier, subcontractor, and client teams.
