Job Description
- Team Lead / Senior Testing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing the project requirements and develop a testing strategy, test case development, testing, tracking and reporting.
- should have experience in analyzing requirements, identifying appropriate Test methodologies for the projects, leading Test teams, managing resources, monitoring testing process and resolving issues and risks
- Must have 5+ years of experience
- Must have Experience in Quality Assurance methodologies and automated testing tools and techniques
- Must Have Skills Technical Skills - SFDC, Selenium, Web Services, Jenkins, Jira
- Experience in BrowserStack, Java, Spring
- Must have good analysis or problem solving skills
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have an ability to work to deadlines
- Experience working on onsite offshore model
- Knowledge in CMM Level 5 processes
