We offer full-time and part-time schedules, with a professional, team-focused environment where food quality and consistency matter. What You’ll Do

• Prepare ingredients using advanced knife skills and proper cutting techniques
• Maintain accurate portion control to support consistent guest experiences
• Handle basic butchery and meat preparation according to established standards
• Support line stations by prepping and organizing items to ensure smooth service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures to keep the kitchen audit-ready
• Keep your prep area clean, stocked, and prepared for high-volume shifts

• Proven experience as a prep cook or similar role
• Strong knife skills and speed without sacrificing quality
• Demonstrated portion control and attention to detail
