Develop and maintain reusable architecture standards and an AI-native prototyping framework that enables teams to move rapidly from product ideas to working prototypes

Serve as the senior technical voice embedded within Product Management, connecting product evaluation with architecture, engineering, security, integration, and long-term platform health

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required; or a minimum fifteen years of equivalent professional experience is required

Strong hands-on development experience including authoring of the prototyping framework for the AI-native development cycle and delivery of Founder prototypes built from platform capabilities

Deep expertise assessing and integrating existing systems across platform architecture, APIs, data and identity models, AI or agent frameworks, security, scalability, reliability, and technical debt, with experience creating reusable standards adopted across teams

Ability to advise senior product, technology, and business leaders with a client-centric perspective, influence organizational priorities, and coach professionals without direct people-management responsibility
