3rd Shift Injection Molding Suprvisor-Process Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all 3rd-shift injection molding operations, ensuring production goals are met
• Set up, start up, and troubleshoot injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and robotics
• Optimize process parameters to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and maintain part quality
• Lead, train, and support machine operators and material handlers
• Perform mold changes, material changes, and machine adjustments as needed
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with company and customer standards
• Maintain accurate production and downtime records
• Enforce safety procedures and promote a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of injection molding experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Familiarity with scientific molding principles is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret production documents and quality standards
• Strong communication and team-building abilities
