We are currently looking to fill two technician positions at this time. Baseline electrical or low-voltage experience would be necessary to understand the basics of service on security and fire systems (most or our technicians have at least an associate's degree in Electronic Technology but this is not mandatory). Alot of our technology relies on setting up ethernet or Wi-Fi networks and knowledge with internet integration. On the job training will be provided but, qualified technicians should be able to work unsupervised and have good to excellent customer service skills as they will be required to handle customer concerns either by phone or mostly in person. We are looking for go-getters that have a strong sense of initiative.
