Qualified Full-Time Driver Sign-On Bonus – Up to $1,000! DON'T HAVE A CAR? NO PROBLEM! WE'LL PICK YOU UP! At Lane Logix, we do things a little differently! We know transportation can be a challenge, so we provide transportation to and from jobsites in company trucks from your home!

• Non-Drivers Welcome! Don't have a driver's license or personal vehicle? No problem! Our qualified Drivers pick up assigned crew members at their homes and transport them to and from jobsites.
• Qualified Drivers: Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record? Drivers who meet company insurance requirements may be authorized to drive a company truck home. Qualified Drivers pick up assigned crew members and safely transport them to and from jobsites.

COMPETITIVE PAY & OPPORTUNITIES

• Day Shift: $16.00–$17.00 per hour
• Night Shift: Up to $21.00 per hour on a designated project
• Additional Earning Opportunities on Prevailing Wage Projects!
• Driver Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,000 for qualified Full-Time Drivers
• $0.25 hourly increases at 90, 180, and 270 days and one year for eligible employees without disciplinary issues
• Opportunities for advancement and traffic control certifications

Night shift positions and premium pay are project-specific and subject to assignment and availability.
