Job Title: Host (Part-Time / Full-Time) Location: Bellevue, WA Pay Range: $20–$25 per hour

We are looking for a Host to handle front-of-house responsibilities and ensure our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome. · Understand and accommodate guests’ dining needs. · Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times. · Maintain and manage the seating chart to ensure an efficient flow. · Monitor restaurant activity and adjust seating accordingly. · Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests. · Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or general questions. · Perform opening and closing duties as assigned. · Support team members with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and handling to-go orders. · Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure · A positive attitude and team-first mindset · Attention to detail and strong organizational skills · Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus · Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
