Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and service-driven Server to join our Culinary Services team. In this role, you will provide high-quality dining experiences for residents and guests, delivering meals with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. If you enjoy creating meaningful connections and take pride in great service, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a daily impact.

Location: Byron Park

Schedule: PT Tues (4p-8p) &Thurs/Fri/Sat (10:45a-7:15p)

Pay Range: $20-$21/hr

What You’ll Do

• Provide attentive, timely, and professional table service to residents and guests
• Greet and escort residents in dining venues, ensuring comfort and satisfaction
• Demonstrate knowledge of daily menus and make thoughtful recommendations
• Maintain clean, organized dining areas and proper table settings
• Serve as a liaison between residents, guests, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Monitor residents’ well-being and report any concerns appropriately
• Record service and operational information as required
• Learn and anticipate resident preferences to enhance the dining experience
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company standards

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Requirements

• Food Handler’s certification as required
