We are looking for an AI Solutions Developer for our Deland, FL office!

This is a Full Time in-office position (no remote or hybrid).

Summary: The AI Solutions Developer designs, develops, implements, and continuously improves business applications, AI-powered solutions, automations, integrations, and digital workflows. Working from approved business requirements, this role independently applies technical judgment to translate concepts into secure, scalable, and supportable solutions using modern AI-assisted development tools and approved enterprise platforms.

Solutions may include internal business applications, AI agents, workflow automations, APIs, integrations, conversational interfaces, document-processing solutions, analytics tools, and cloud-based services. The role regularly develops and supports integrations and solutions that interact with CRM, ERP, PIM, document management, collaboration, data, and other enterprise business platforms.

Essential Duties:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Digital teams, Industrial Engineering teams, and technical subject matter experts to understand approved requirements and solution objectives.
• Build, configure, test, and maintain business applications, AI-powered solutions, automations, integrations, and digital workflows.
• Design, configure, and support AI agents, including defining workflows, knowledge sources, permissions, guardrails, escalation paths, and human approval points.
• Use AI-assisted development tools and approved enterprise platforms to accelerate solution development while maintaining quality and governance standards.
• Review, validate, troubleshoot, and improve AI-generated code and solution components.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions, prototypes, and minimum viable products to validate technical approaches and business requirements.
• Support integrations between applications, AI services, CRM systems, ERP platforms, PIM solutions, document management systems, databases, data platforms, collaboration tools, internal business applications, and cloud services.
• Work with APIs, data services, and integration technologies to enable information exchange between business systems.
• Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and AI solution evaluation to ensure quality, reliability, and usability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, user guides, support procedures, and deployment documentation.
• Support solution deployment, production readiness activities, operational handoff, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor solution usage, performance, reliability, and user feedback, recommending enhancements where appropriate.
• Follow all cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, responsible AI, architecture, accessibility, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute reusable templates, prompts, workflows, components, and development best practices to the Digital team.

• Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and practical experience.
• Strong interest in software development, artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Understanding of application development concepts, APIs, integrations, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Practical experience developing or configuring applications, automations, integrations, or digital workflows using one or more programming languages, low-code platforms, AI development tools, or comparable technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, low-code platforms, AI development tools, or enterprise business systems.
• Relevant practical experience may be demonstrated through professional work, internships, apprenticeships, substantial academic projects, personal projects, or a development portfolio.
• Exposure to AI agents, Copilot and Claude technologies, workflow automation, Power Platform, Azure services, machine learning concepts, or AI-assisted development tools is preferred.
