milkbread [Davidson, NC] is hiring one Pastry team member

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Baker to join our team at Kindred Hospitality. This position is responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including doughnuts, cookies, biscuits, cupcakes, and other bakery items.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake doughnuts, cookies, biscuits, cupcakes, and other baked goods
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality and presentation
• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, frostings, and toppings
• Assist with decorating and finishing baked goods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
• Stock ingredients and communicate inventory needs
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently to meet daily production needs

Qualifications:

• Baking or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to follow recipes and production schedules
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed

Job Type: Full-time
