  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to mechanical engineers and design personnel.
  • Review engineering calculations, specifications, drawings, and design documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support project planning, design development, and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engineering standards, design processes, and overall project efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Significant experience in mechanical engineering design, preferably within industrial, process, or design-build environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with process engineering, process piping, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment.
  • Experience leading engineering design teams and coordinating multidisciplinary project activities.
  • Strong understanding of engineering design principles, specifications, standards, and codes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, project management, and construction teams.
  • Experience with industrial facilities, infrastructure, or process-driven projects is highly preferred.

Benefits

  • Competetive salary $170,000-$200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Potential annual incentive bonus of up to 25% of gross salary, based on company and individual performance.
  • Additional holiday bonus equivalent to one-half month's salary, paid during the second week of December.
  • Company-covered cell phone usage.
  • 3% Safe Harbor 401(k) contribution annually.
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), with eligibility after one year of service and vesting over five years.
