Our teams operate in fast-paced project environments that require disciplined execution, strong coordination, and reliable information management. This role is key to helping project teams establish the standards, systems, and controls needed to manage project information effectively throughout the full project lifecycle.

Support pre-award evaluation and onboarding of Trade Partners around systems, submittals, RFIs, quality documentation, delegated design, and turnover requirements.

Systems, Technology & Reporting

Partner with business technology, systems administrators, and project teams to establish systems-of-record and platform governance.

Lead implementation, governance, and optimization of InEight, TeamBinder, SharePoint, Procore, CxAlloy, Power BI, and other approved information platforms.
Develop district metrics and executive dashboards for information readiness, compliance, submittal performance, vendor data, change management, turnover readiness, and final records completion.
