Kiewit's project portfolio has grown substantially in scale, complexity, and geographic diversity, encompassing major infrastructure programs in the Data Center sector, power generation, industrial processing, transportation, and water systems. We are adding dedicated BIM Managers to assist our engineering & construction teams on these large-scale projects to help us to continue to meet key performance metrics, like quality, schedule performance, budget, and contractual digital deliverable requirements, as well as minimize risk for the project. As customers increasingly require digital delivery methods - including model-based design, coordinated federated models, 4D construction sequencing, and data-rich handover packages - BIM Managers will be key to our success!
This role will serve as the central technical authority for all model-related activities on assigned projects, coordinating across disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process to ensure that models are accurate, current, and actively driving construction decisions.

Our combined staff of more than 3,700 engineers and design professionals have expertise that spans all major engineering disciplines to serve industrial, transportation, power, water, mining, marine, building and oil, gas & chemical markets. Backed by over 140 years of construction experience, our construction-driven engineering focuses on constructability and safety in the earliest phases of projects to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
Our rapidly growing Industrial and Water Engineering Group, which includes process, mechanical, electrical, controls, structural and architectural disciplines, is a multi-faceted and leading-edge division of Kiewit with best-in-class technical expertise focused on EPC and design-build delivery. The Industrial Group projects span markets such as advanced technologies; industrial energy; drinking water; wastewater treatment and biosolids; desalination; industrial water; mining, minerals and metals; and process industries.
