You'll be responsible for approximately 40 inbound and outbound integrations while partnering with HRIT, Data Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and other business stakeholders. You'll also have the opportunity to work with newer Workday capabilities, including Extend, Orchestrate, and Prism Analytics.
What You'll Do:

- Design, build, test, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, web services, and APIs
- Support the development of new Workday Extend use cases
- Leverage or develop experience with Workday Orchestrate for integration and automation initiatives
- Partner with HRIT, Data Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and other teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Support integrations involving Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and production issues
- Utilize SQL and other data-transformation methods to support integration and reporting needs
- Support emerging Workday Prism Analytics initiatives, including data ingestion and transformation
- Assist with reporting, system enhancements, testing, release management, configuration, and automation
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure integrations meet security, data integrity, and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience
- Strong experience building integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
- Experience supporting integrations throughout the full lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
- Strong understanding of Workday integrations and how they connect with other HR and enterprise systems
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Workday Extend

- Workday Prism Analytics
- Workday Advanced Compensation, Payroll, or Benefits

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional Workday development role. You'll have the chance to own an integration landscape, remain hands-on technically, and help introduce newer Workday capabilities like Extend, Orchestrate, and Prism while collaborating with teams across HR, Data Analytics, and Finance.
