  • Strong Technical Program Management experience supporting complex engineering programs
  • Experience managing hardware development lifecycles, including engineering samples, prototypes, hardware revisions, build readiness, and validation
  • Strong understanding of hardware/software dependencies and how hardware availability or revision changes impact software development, integration, testing, and validation
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex schedules, milestones, dependencies, and competing priorities
  • Experience identifying program risks, assessing downstream impacts, developing mitigation plans, and escalating issues appropriately
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional engineering teams without direct authority
  • Ability to map complex dependency chains and clearly communicate impacts across engineering, program, and leadership stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Proficiency with Jira or similar program/project management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Data-driven approach to prioritization, decision-making, risk management, and program execution
  • Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Nice to Have:
