Drive system-level improvements by challenging existing approaches
Lead testing and system-level initiatives (not just execution)
BS, MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics or similar fields
At least 6-10+ years of relevant engineering experience
Proven experience working with radar systems: Development, production, and real-world use
Hands-on experience with: Radar data analysis; Interpreting system outputs and test results or similar
Experience with testing, verification, and validation workflows
Strong experience and/or understanding of radar signal processing or Radar systems
Deep system-level understanding of radar systems (beyond components)
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-scaling, high-impact environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with radar algorithms and/or tracker development
Exposure to FMCW radar systems (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave)
Experience working across multiple engineering domains: Algorithm, embedded, and mechanical teams
