Revenue Cloud Technical Architect

Kforce is looking for a Revenue Cloud Technical Architect to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our clients in Saint Louis, MO.

Summary:

This is an AI-first, hands-on architecture role. You will use AI as a core part of how you analyze requirements, explore solution options, build prototypes, support implementation, and create tests and documentation-not simply as an occasional productivity tool. You will also identify opportunities to redesign quote-to-cash workflows with AI and Agentforce, while remaining accountable for technical decisions, output quality, data protection, and human oversight. AI-first means evaluating AI-enabled approaches early and choosing them where they deliver measurable value, not applying AI to every problem.

• Active Salesforce certifications required or strongly preferred: Revenue Cloud (or equivalent), Application Architect, Platform Developer I & II, and Integration Architecture Designer
• Agentforce certification is a plus
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with deep, hands-on expertise in ARM - CPQ, and Billing
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations, from discovery through go-live
• Hands-on experience with Product Rationalization, Product Modeling, Quoting, Subscription billing, invoicing, payment schedules, tax handling, collections workflows, usage-based billing, amendments, and renewals
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition setup and compliance requirements
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation
• Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite or other ERP systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi
• Familiarity with Agentforce and an interest in applying AI-driven automation within the quote-to-cash process
• Comfortable operating within a multi-brand, multi-org consolidation program and collaborating across distributed, cross-functional pods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical designs for executive and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience on a large-scale Salesforce platform consolidation or brand-migration program
• Exposure to Data Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud within a shared enterprise Salesforce org
• Experience with Flosum or similar CI/CD and test-automation tooling in a Salesforce DevOps pipeline

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
