- Continuously improve Agile processes, team collaboration, engineering practices, and overall delivery effectiveness
- Maintain enough hands-on technical involvement to effectively coach engineers, review technical approaches, and provide guidance on complex challenges
- Support engineering standards across Flutter/mobile development, backend services, data engineering, CI/CD, testing, security, and production support
- Encourage thoughtful adoption of AI-assisted development tools when they improve engineer productivity, learning, or software quality

- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in mobile application development
- 3+ years of experience with Flutter/Dart and a strong understanding of mobile application architecture and state management

- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across mobile, backend, or data engineering
- Experience delivering applications through the Apple App Store and Google Play
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development, CI/CD, automated testing, and mobile release processes
- Working knowledge of backend technologies, SQL, PostgreSQL, and modern data architectures; Go experience is a plus
- Demonstrated success mentoring engineers and helping team members grow into greater technical ownership and responsibility
- Strong people leadership skills with an emphasis on regular feedback, goal setting, career planning, and team development
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to remain technically engaged while empowering engineers to own solutions and develop their capabilities
