Project Delivery Lead - Network Project Delivery

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Delivery Lead - Network Project Delivery in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise LAN micro-segmentation solutions
• Deploy secure, resilient network architectures using segmentation, VLANs, routing, switching, and policy-based access controls
• Partner with network, security, IT, and business teams to define requirements and deliver segmentation initiatives
• Implement and support Cisco technologies including ACI, Catalyst Center/DNAC, IOS, wireless, SDA, and ISE
• Troubleshoot complex LAN, connectivity, segmentation, and performance issues within high-availability environments
• Provide technical escalation support and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors
• Support network cutovers, maintenance windows, deployments, and operational readiness activities
• Develop network standards, implementation procedures, technical documentation, and monitoring practices
• Train and mentor IT support teams on segmentation technologies and network troubleshooting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressive network engineering experience
• Experience troubleshooting complex network issues and supporting production environments
• Experience with deployments, cutovers, maintenance windows, and ongoing operational support
• Strong expertise in enterprise LAN networking, micro-segmentation, and secure network architecture
• Hands-on implementation experience with Cisco IOS, ACI, Catalyst Center/DNAC, and wireless technologies
• Strong knowledge of VLANs, routing, switching, redundancy, firewalls, and high-availability network design
• Strong communication, ownership, mentoring, and technical documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively across networking, security, IT, and business teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
