Product Manager Mid Level

Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Product Manager Mid Level.

Responsibilities:

• Support product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization for technology products and operational solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, user experiences, efficiency, and system performance through technology and automation
• Partner with business stakeholders, operations, engineering, design, vendors, and other teams to gather requirements and define product needs
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Manage product initiatives from discovery and planning through testing, implementation, rollout, and optimization
• Collaborate with technical teams on applications, integrations, system capabilities, performance, reliability, security, and scalability
• Coordinate product testing, pilots, validation, releases, and implementation activities with internal and external partners
• Monitor product performance, feedback, incidents, and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Communicate product roadmaps, priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Advocate for end users and ensure products and solutions align with business and operational needs
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, prioritization, and continuous improvement efforts
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology, or a related role
• Experience working in Agile environments and with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Experience translating business and user needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, operations, vendors, and other cross-functional teams
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, cloud-based platforms, or other modern technology solutions is preferred
• Experience supporting product testing, pilots, implementations, releases, or technology rollouts is a plus
• Ability to use data, performance metrics, and user feedback to support product decisions and continuous improvement
• Ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate tradeoffs involving usability, reliability, security, cost, and scalability

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
