Learning Solutions Project Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning Solutions Project Manager in Tampa, FL.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Learning Solutions Project Manager to develop engaging, client-focused learning solutions aligned with business objectives. This role partners with stakeholders, Learning Consultants, subject matter experts, and operations teams to design and deliver learning experiences across live, virtual, and digital formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions
• Create high-level and detailed learning designs, objectives, assessments, and instructional strategies
• Develop engaging content for live, virtual, blended, and digital learning
• Apply adult learning principles, design thinking, and learner-centered approaches
• Manage stakeholder and subject matter expert review cycles
• Create facilitator guides, presentations, job aids, and supporting learning materials
• Support live and virtual learning events, including rehearsals and show flows
• Ensure learning materials meet accessibility, compliance, quality, and content standards
• Incorporate learning technologies and innovative tools into learning solutions
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines independently
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve learning delivery and effectiveness
• High School diploma/GED required
• 5+ years of Learning & Development, instructional design, training development, or related experience
• Experience developing live, virtual, and digital learning solutions
• Strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge
• Strong client service and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and project management abilities
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional services or consulting experience
• People management or team leadership experience
• Experience with digital learning technologies and tools
• Prior Big 4/professional services experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
