Junior IT Project Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager in Needham Heights, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product testing activities, including participant communications, surveys, feedback, replacements, and returns
• Track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and follow-up items
• Maintain Jira tickets and project documentation while coordinating issue triage through resolution
• Partner with product, hardware, firmware, software, QA, logistics, and other cross-functional teams
• Communicate with external testers and internal stakeholders throughout testing activities
• Maintain project trackers and prepare concise status updates covering progress, risks, issues, and blockers
• Follow up on outstanding actions and help keep projects moving as priorities and requirements change
• Experience in project coordination, testing operations, technical support, or a related role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on open items
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working through ambiguity, changing priorities, and challenging situations
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong willingness to learn
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional technical or product development teams is a plus
• Mandarin language proficiency is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
