IT Recruiter Lead

Kforce's client in Plano, TX is seeking an IT Recruiter Lead responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates
• Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager
• Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers' needs
• Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers
• Manage candidates and hiring partners through the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and assessment through offer and close
• Complete intake with HM, post jobs, review resumes, submit applicants, schedule applicants for interviews, source candidates, and fill positions
• 8+ years of overall recruiting experience, including at least 5 years of dedicated technology recruiting experience
• Recent, hands-on experience recruiting for Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) talent, including highly technical and specialized roles
• Strong technical recruiting experience, ideally having worked for a large tech company such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, etc.
• Recruiting experience within a large-scale technology organization or Big Tech environment
• Experience recruiting for specialized talent such as Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Machine Learning/AI Engineers, Applied Scientists, Analytics professionals, and related technical roles
• Ability to understand manager's requirements and align strategy to meet hiring goals, specifically, technical job requirements
• Able to understand and advance company's compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting technology talent in competitive, high-demand markets
• Familiarity with Eightfold, HireEZ, LinkedIn, Workday or similar HRIS platform

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
