IOS Developer

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IOS Developer in Plano, TX.

Key Tasks:

• Interprets technical guidance to break work down into stories, completes assigned work items with no supervision required in alignment with team working agreements and coding standards, identifies risk through impact analysis and applies appropriate risk mitigation strategies, actively participates in all team ceremonies and drives continuous improvement in team processes, leverages generative AI to improve team efficiency and accelerate adoption of changes in shared library of reusable UI components
• Completes highly complex work items with no supervision; Able to work through ambiguity
• Follows team working agreements and coding standards
• As required, interprets technical guidance and breaks features down into stories
• As required, oversees the work of junior developers and provides coaching for continuous professional development
• 8+ years of native iOS software development experience using Swift, Xcode, and the Apple iOS platform
• 3+ years of experience leading Agile software development teams supporting mobile applications within the financial services industry
• 1+ year of experience leveraging generative AI development tools to accelerate coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and developer productivity
• Strong hands-on experience with iOS frameworks and technologies including SwiftUI, UIKit, Foundation, Combine, and XCTest
• Experience developing, enhancing, debugging, and supporting large-scale enterprise mobile applications throughout the full software development lifecycle
• Experience with mobile application architecture, API integration, authentication, authorization, IAM, secure coding, and application security best practices
• Experience with unit testing, UI testing, test automation, and troubleshooting flaky or unreliable automated tests within iOS applications
• Hands-on experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, including automated build, test, and deployment workflows
• Experience using Fastlane for iOS build automation, code signing, testing, packaging, and application deployment processes
• Knowledge of Apple development technologies and processes including iOS SDK, Cocoa Touch, App Store deployment, provisioning profiles, certificates, and code signing

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
