Email Marketing Project Coordinator

Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking an Email Marketing Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects
• Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs
• Participates in training users and evaluating the project
• Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance
• 2+ years of project coordination or similar experience
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and building effective partnerships
• Proactive problem-solver who can identify issues, recommend solutions, and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience working with workflow management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, or similar tools to support planning, tracking, reporting, and operational activities
• Exposure to email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar technologies is preferred but not required
• Experience working within a marketing or business organization in the financial services industry is preferred but not required
• Experience supporting project management, marketing operations, campaign execution, or related business processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
