Compensation Data Coordinator

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Compensation Data Coordinator in Vancouver, WA.

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support the documentation and validation of clinician compensation plans as part of a new compensation model initiative. This individual will use existing reports and systems to compile compensation data, then partner with field and hospital leadership to verify current plans and ensure information is accurate and complete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and organize current clinician compensation plans, percentages, exceptions, stipends, allowances, and other non-standard pay elements
• Leverage existing reports and systems to pre-populate compensation data
• Coordinate with field and hospital leaders to validate and finalize compensation information
• Maintain accurate, organized records and follow up on missing or inconsistent information
• Provide administrative support for compensation-related initiatives
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with spreadsheets
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
• Comfortable communicating with leadership and gathering information across teams
• No highly technical background required
• Ability to independently research, investigate, and validate data
• Experience using Workday to look up information and verify data accuracy
• Basic Excel skills, including filtering and reviewing data

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
