Lead Business Analyst - Marketing Data Enablement:

This position will support Bank Marketing Data & Analytics, helping create a unified data environment that brings information together across multiple workstreams to support marketing campaigns, campaign optimization, performance measurement, and ongoing analysis.

The team is building a standardized environment that allows Bank Marketing to consistently understand campaign performance and member behavior, including whether members responded to marketing campaigns, are using products, and whether those relationships are delivering desired business outcomes.

This role will sit primarily on the data enablement side of the team. The Lead BA will help identify, validate, code, integrate, and maintain data within the team's unified analytics environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical/data background and may come from a Data Architect, Information Architect, technical Business Analyst, application, software, or data-focused background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and ongoing maintenance of a unified Bank Marketing data and analytics environment
• Work with data coming from multiple business areas and workstreams and help integrate it into a consistent analytical environment
• Analyze and validate data before it is incorporated into the team's data ecosystem
• Perform hands-on querying, coding, data analysis, and data validation
• Partner with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and determine how information should be incorporated into the environment
• Help establish consistent and standardized tracking for marketing performance and member/product activity
• Support data used for campaign enablement, campaign optimization, performance measurement, and marketing analysis
• Help maintain data quality and consistency as new data sources and requirements are introduced
• 6-8+ years of relevant professional experience
• Banking experience
• Marketing experience
• AWS
• Snowflake
• Strong SQL skills
• Strong SAS skills
• Experience working with complex data environments, data integration, data architecture, information architecture, applications, or software/data solutions
• Ability to operate independently and quickly become productive in an established environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
