Business Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Juno Beach, FL.

Duties:

• Business Analyst will evaluate current-state processes; Be highly skilled in identifying opportunities to streamline manual, repetitive activities into automated solutions
• Define future-state solutions, develop detailed functional and data requirements, develop interactive dashboards and reporting solutions, and translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Support implementation from discovery and requirements through UAT and production deployments
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements while partnering with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders through testing and implementation
• Experience is required
• Comfortable working with datasets, integrations, APIs, dashboards, automated workflows, and complex business processes while effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong combination of functional analysis, data analytics, and automation expertise, with deep technical expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, advanced Excel, SQL, APIs, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, data integration, enterprise systems, workflow automation, Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
