You will write code for test automation and adapt to different device designs. IC Test engineers will be using industry leading tools, supported by a world class measurement lab, and collaborating with a broad, experienced engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Development: Design and develop test plans and procedures for ICs, including defining test methodologies and creating test programs. You will write code for test automation and adapt to different device designs.
Test Execution: Perform functional tests and characterization on ICs using custom-built test stations and other tools to assess performance, functionality, and reliability.
Data Analysis: Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues. Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on findings.
Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug test failures, working closely with in-house design and process engineering teams to resolve issues.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures, results, and corrective actions.
