• Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually
• Schedule: 5 days per week with rotating weekdays off
• Department Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Present vehicles and conduct test drives for customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships using the CRM.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
• Participate in daily sales meetings and training.
• Deliver a smooth customer experience from purchase through service introduction.

What You'll Bring

• Prior sales experience.
• CDK/ADP experience.
• Negotiation and closing skills
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards The California annual pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross and/or bonuses based off Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
