We are seeking individuals to provide high level customer service to all members and guests to the Kenosha YMCA. The Membership Desk Attendant will be responsible for greeting members and guests, understanding and operating our member management system, manage phone calls, provide an overall positive experience.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum age 18 years
- Customer service experience preferred
- Computer skills preferred
- Cash handling skills preferred
